Job Description

With over 30 years’ experience as the largest eye care provider in Lewiston-Auburn, Central Maine Eye Care is seeking a BC/ BE ophthalmologist to join our group. Our doctors specialize in cataract surgery, corneal transplants, cosmetic procedures of the eyelids, medical and surgical glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and other disorders of the retina and vitreous. Additional practice features include:


  • Monday through Friday from 6:00AM- 3:00PM.
  • Onsite optical
  • Expandable ASC (less than 2 mi from practice)
  • No hospital call

Central Maine Eye Care specializes in medical and surgical treatment of eye diseases, while also providing routine vision care. We are the largest eye care practice in Lewiston-Auburn.

Our Doctors are experienced in the treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, corneal diseases, and retinal vascular disorders. We also prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and have an onsite optical laboratory.
