Recently, Covenant Surgical Partners was recognized by Middle Tennessee State University’s Charlie and Hazel Daniels Veterans and Military Family Center for their commitment to returning military personnel.
Covenant was presented a plaque by retired Lt. General Keith M. Huber, senior advisor for veterans and leadership initiatives on the MTSU campus.
The plaque and certificate of appreciation presented to Lew Little, CEO, in recognition of the company’s support with the hiring of MTSU student veterans, and was signed by Huber and MTSU Veterans Center Director, Hilary Miller.
Featured in the plaque is a photo of Charlie Daniels and his wife, Hazel. The plaque reads:
“Thank you for your commitment to our returning military as they continue to serve our nation, now in the workforce. Your continued support and involvement are critical to our mission success.”
Lew communicated how he has been impressed by MTSU’s ongoing support for veterans and expressed his gratitude those who serve in our nation’s forces.
Also present at the presentation were Stephanie Arnold, Covenant HR; Paula Mansfield, director of Strategic Partnerships and Planning at MTSU; and Shane Smith, employer search agent with Daniels Veterans Center.
