Covenant adds new Senior Vice President of Clinical Services
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – November 1, 2022 – Covenant Physician Partners is pleased to announce a new addition to our team, Donna Keehner-Nowak PhD. She starts on November 1st, as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services.
Donna comes to Covenant from Advantia Health where she spent the last 8 years as SVP of Clinical Operations. She started her career as a Nurse working in Med/Surg and moved into leading teams at ASCs and Surgical units. Her decades of experience in negotiation, management, process, quality, and working collaboratively with Physicians, Nurses, Practice Managers, Vendors, and Patients will add tremendous value to our clinical teams.
She has a Master of Science in Child Health, Nurse Practitioner and a Master of Professional Studies in Health Service Administration. In addition, she earned a PhD in Nursing Education.
Donna enjoys boating, cooking, decorating for holidays, travel, shopping and entertaining. She and her husband are sponsor parents for a midshipman from the United States Naval Academy this year. They live in Annapolis, Maryland and have two children.
