NASHVILLE, Tenn. — September 21, 2023 — Covenant Physician Partners (“Covenant”), a leading physician services company that partners with providers across the country, is pleased to announce four recent promotions.
Felisha Faulkner has been promoted to SVP, Strategy & Operations, and in this expanded role will take on additional operational duties and responsibilities at an enterprise level including overseeing Covenant Pathology.
Carol Crump has been promoted to Group Vice President, Gastroenterology and will have responsibilities for Covenant’s GI portfolio. She will operate out of the Nashville office and will be responsible for various inter-departmental projects and priorities involving operations.
Andrew Ard has been promoted to Group Vice President, Ophthalmology. In this role Andy will be responsible for the performance of Covenant’s entire ophthalmology portfolio.
Mary Gamez has been promoted to VP, Operations, and this will create greater capacity for Andy in his new enterprise-wide role.
These four team members have consistently gone above and beyond their roles, making significant contributions to Covenant’s most recent successes. With these changes Covenant is confident that it will maintain its current operational effectiveness and excellence and continue to successfully operate the business.
